Isabella Filkins

Isabella was born and raised in Gig Harbor. She went to Washington State University, where she earned her degree in Psychology. Isabella enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as being outside with her three dogs: Lulu, Baxter, and Penny. She is new to the insurance world but is excited to be here at PHE and contribute to the team.
