Personal Lines Account Manager II
As a Personal Lines Account Manager II, you will take ownership of managing a book of business while delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who is ready to apply their expertise in policy servicing, client retention, and risk assessment. You will work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless account management and proactive policy solutions. You Will:
- Manage a book of business proactively addressing client needs.
- Conduct proactive account reviews to identify coverage gaps and risk exposure.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on policy options, endorsements, and renewals.
- Handle claims inquiries, certificates of insurance, premium audits, loss control recommendations and billing issues with professionalism.
- Proactively assess risk exposure, recommend tailored coverage solutions, and identify cross-sell opportunities to optimize client protection.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to ensure appropriate policy placement and strong company relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system. Timely document all client interactions.
- Conduct renewal review calls to evaluate client’s current coverage needs, discuss market conditions, and identify any coverage gaps.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in insurance account management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently and communicate professionally across all mediums.

Personal Insurance Producer
Base salary: $40,000–$80,000 + uncapped commission
Description
As a Personal Insurance Producer, you will drive new business growth by building client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions. This is a sales-focused role where initiative, consistency, and performance directly impact success. You’ll collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to ongoing service.
You Will:
Prospecting & Business Development
- Generate and engage prospects through outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a sustainable book of business.
- Qualify prospects based on needs, underwriting criteria, and profitability.
- Conduct discovery conversations to gather accurate client information.
Sales & Insurance Solutions
- Sell personal lines products (auto, home, umbrella) using a consultative approach.
- Analyze client needs and deliver tailored coverage solutions.
- Quote, present, and recommend policies aligned with guidelines and client goals.
- Leverage product, carrier, and market knowledge to advise clients effectively.
Sales Performance
- Achieve quarterly and annual new business goals.
- Manage pipeline, overcome objections, and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Track activity to support revenue and production targets.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records in agency systems.
- Document client interactions and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Secure required signatures and payments in a timely manner.
Tools & Development
- Utilize sales and quoting technology to deliver solutions.
- Participate in training to improve performance and results.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a Washington State Property & Casualty license within 60 days
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience (1+ year)
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections
- Strong organization, time management, and accountability
