Personal Lines Account Manager II

As a Personal Lines Account Manager II, you will take ownership of managing a book of business while delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who is ready to apply their expertise in policy servicing, client retention, and risk assessment. You will work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless account management and proactive policy solutions. You Will:

  • Manage a book of business proactively addressing client needs.
  • Conduct proactive account reviews to identify coverage gaps and risk exposure.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on policy options, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Handle claims inquiries, certificates of insurance, premium audits, loss control recommendations and billing issues with professionalism.
  • Proactively assess risk exposure, recommend tailored coverage solutions, and identify cross-sell opportunities to optimize client protection.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to ensure appropriate policy placement and strong company relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records in the agency management system. Timely document all client interactions.
  • Conduct renewal review calls to evaluate client’s current coverage needs, discuss market conditions, and identify any coverage gaps.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in insurance account management.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently and communicate professionally across all mediums.

Personal Lines Senior Account Manager III

As a Personal Lines Senior Account Manager III, you will be a highly skilled insurance professional responsible for managing complex accounts with minimal oversight. In this senior-level role, you will be the go-to expert for client service, policy management, and risk assessment. You will take an active leadership role in mentoring junior team members, optimizing processes, and driving client retention and growth. You Will:

  • Independently manage a book of business with high-value accounts.
  • Assess complex risk scenarios, recommend strategic coverage solutions, and guide clients through claims resolution.
  • Conduct in-depth account reviews to identify gaps in coverage and opportunities for additional protection.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex insurance solutions.
  • Lead client meetings and strategic planning sessions to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
  • Act as a senior resource for Account Managers, leading training initiatives and coaching on complex account scenarios.
  • Lead business growth efforts by proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, developing client expansion strategies, and ensuring multi-line policy consolidation.
  • Work collaboratively with carriers and underwriters to negotiate and secure the best policy terms for clients.

  • 8+ years of experience in insurance account management.

Personal Lines Account Tech

As a Personal Lines Account Technician, you serve as the first point of contact for policy-related service requests, ensuring smooth policy administration while proactively supporting Account Managers. This role is critical to our agency’s continued success and will involve multitasking, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your efforts will ensure clients receive timely service and a positive experience, promoting strong relationships while fostering referrals.

You Will:

  • Assist with processing Auto ID cards, refinance binders, mortgage clause updates, and claims.
  • Process insurance payments and handle basic billing inquiries.
  • Assist clients by guiding them toward optimal payment options, such as EFT or full payment plans.
  • Call clients regarding late payments and update contact records for accuracy.
  • Support remarketing efforts by gathering necessary data, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate entry in agency systems.
  • Ensure proper communication with clients to manage expectations via phone and email, always striving for exceptional service.
  • Update client information, especially during phone calls and service interactions.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to manage routine service tasks, ensuring smooth operations and timely client support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organization skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
